Pay Attension

Hi, this is Ram, your unknown but well-known friend. I think like you and deal with the same issues that you deal with on a daily basis, so I know you better. Today, I made a promise to myself that I would never be angry with anyone or in any circumstance. Suddenly, someone started copying me and acting like I'm the best, so I became angry inside again. However, today, because I paid attention, I was in control and adjusted myself with spiritual knowledge, which gave me peace in my grief, and after a while I was normal.

1️⃣ Daily Affirmation (Morning – 30 seconds)

Read or say this slowly, with feeling:

“I am a peaceful soul.
Anger is not my nature.
Situations may change, people may change,
but my inner state remains calm and dignified.
I respond with awareness, not habit.”

Say it once with eyes open, once with eyes closed.

2️⃣ Moment-of-Anger Self-Talk (Use Immediately)

The moment you feel irritation rising, say inside:

“I am noticing this, so I am already bigger than it.”

Then add:

“This feeling is temporary.
My peace is permanent.”

Take one slow breath, and slightly relax your shoulders.
That physical relaxation helps the mind reset.

3️⃣ Night Reflection (2 minutes before sleep)

Ask yourself gently (no judgement):

  • Where did I remain stable today?

  • Where did I notice a reaction but choose awareness?

  • What did I learn about myself today?

End with this thought:

“Today, I moved one step closer to my real self.”

One Important Truth (Please remember this)

Spiritual strength does not mean anger never appears.
It means anger no longer controls your actions.

Today, you were in the driver’s seat.
That is inner victory.
